This year WildPhotos 2010 will be held in October at the Royal Geographical Society in London. Tim will be speaking along with some of the world’s best nature photographers. Tim will be speaking about his quest for the birds of paradise and the challenges of rainforest photography. The WildPhotos webpage features Tim’s blue bird of paradise (Paradisaea rudolphi) image.
This spring, Tim’s collection of mangrove images were on display in a gallery in France.
The gallery ran from the 9th of April to the 2nd of May, 2010. If you read French you can check out the website here.
Tim was featured in the August issue of Outdoor Photographer. The interview is about what it is like to be a wildlife photojournalist and how he gets the perfect shot. The opening spread (below) features an adult male Bornean orangutan eating ginger stems while keeping an eye on the female he has been following.
